Q. Can I make changes to the booking later if I need to?

A. Yes, you can. There will be a link in your confirmation email that allows you to make changes.

Q. Do I need a paper version of the ticket?

A. You'll have the email confirmation on your phone, which will be fine. (You could print off a copy of the email and bring it with you if you want to. Handy, for example, if you forget your phone or your phone runs out of charge.)

Q. I've made a swimming booking but haven't had a confirmation email?

A. It's probably in your junk email folder - please check. If you have any problems, contact the fishery.
